Returns

Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the shipment and are available exclusively to consumers (individuals; for companies, only exchange is available). The part must be complete, undamaged, in the condition as delivered, and with seals intact; the package must be properly secured for transport and accompanied by the receipt. The cost of return is borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. After 30 days, only paid exchange is possible with the store's consent.

Exchange of non-compatible parts

Exchange is possible within 30 days of receipt (also for companies). Conditions as for return: complete part, undamaged, with seals; shipment properly secured. All costs are borne by the customer — both returning the part to the store and re-shipping the goods after exchange. Fulfilment depends on product availability; in case of unavailability, the store will refund the purchase amount to the indicated account after informing the customer in advance. Warranty and complaints

All parts offered in the store are covered by the seller's warranty; the warranty period is stated in the product information on the page. Complaints can be made under warranty or due to non-conformity of goods with the contract. Warranty is excluded for entrepreneurs to the extent permitted by law. All information about the status of reports is provided exclusively by email: contatto@globalparts-24.it

Damaged package or product defect

Upon receipt, the shipment must be checked in the presence of the courier; in case of damage, a damage report must be prepared with the courier and the store must be informed immediately. Damaged goods must be returned together with a copy of the invoice and the original damage report, along with a brief description of the case. A properly prepared report is the basis for a complaint; its absence may hinder the pursuit of claims. The product will be replaced with a full-value one, and if this is impossible — a refund will be made. Parts are intended for installation in specialized workshops; the store does not accept cash on delivery shipments. Information on the status of complaints: contatto@globalparts-24.it
